THE ADULT PROGRAM
We offer different courses from beginner to advanced levels to suit your requirements.
Beginner Level
A course for absolute beginners and for new players who want to learn the fundamental of tennis, trainees will learn how to hit basic strokes, have better hand and foot coordination and play the game.
Tennis grips (Continental, eastern, semi-western, western etc)
Technique practice such as forehand/backhand ground strokes, serve, forehand/backhand volley, smash etc
Coordination tennis drills / footwork Rules of tennis (scoring, point system, foot fault etc)
Rally (from service line and baseline)
Mini games
Intermediate Level
A course for players who have mastered the basic stroke of tennis and are able to rally consistently.
Tactics (consistency, direction, depth, power)
Rally (from ¾ court and baseline)
Court coverage (Positions when serving, returning, rallying and volleying)
Games
Advanced Level
A course for players with competitive experience who want to take their games to the next level.
Adult Lesson Fees
Senior Coach:
1 person (1 hr) – $120 ($575 for 5hrs, $1,100 for 10hrs)
2 person (1 hr) – $125 ($600 for 5hrs, $1,150 for 10hrs)
3 person (1 hr) – $130 ($625 for 5hrs, $1,200 for 10hrs)
4 person (1 hr) – $140 ($675 for 5hrs, $1,300 for 10hrs)
*Above rates include public court booking fees, training balls and rackets usage during the lessons.
*Above rates will have a 5% discount off for students providing own condo court bookings.
*Students making any purchases of more than S$50 from My Tennis Court SG store will enjoy a 1-off complimentary 5% discount on the tennis lessons.
